Welcome to Coastal Lawn Care. By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or using our website, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Coastal Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance

• Edging, trimming, and blowing

• Seasonal cleanups

• Landscaping and property care

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions and location.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request.

• Final pricing may be adjusted if property conditions differ (e.g., overgrown lawns, obstacles, excessive debris).

• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with notice for recurring services.

3. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payment platforms.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of future services.

For recurring services, billing terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling & Access

• Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property on scheduled service days.

• This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles.

• If access is not provided, a missed service fee may apply.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of your scheduled service day.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including rain, storms, or unsafe working environments.

• We will communicate any changes and reschedule as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations

• One-time services may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Recurring services require notice prior to the next scheduled service date.

• Last-minute cancellations or repeated service refusals may result in removal from our schedule.

7. Property Conditions & Risks

• Clients agree to maintain a safe work environment.

• Coastal Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Hidden objects (rocks, wires, irrigation lines, etc.)

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Unsecured pets or hazards

Please notify us in advance of any potential risks on your property.

8. Damage Policy

We take pride in our work and operate with care. In the rare event of damage:

• Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service

• We will assess the situation and determine appropriate resolution

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

9. Photos & Marketing Use

We may take before-and-after photos of your property for:

• Quality assurance

• Marketing (website, social media, ads)

We will not share personal or identifiable information (such as your address) without permission.
You may request to opt out at any time.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality service every time.

If you are not satisfied:

• Please contact us within 24–48 hours

• We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue

11. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Lawn Care is not liable for:

• Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Natural changes in lawn condition (e.g., drought, pests, soil conditions)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website

• Not to submit false or misleading information

• That all content (text, logos, images) is owned by Coastal Lawn Care and may not be copied without permission

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or appropriate legal channels in Florida.
